Incredible service!!!
If I could give it ten stars. I would! The staff was simply over the top excellent. They were sweet, funny, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The amenities on site were convenient, the decor was amazing. The energy was so refreshing and uplifting. Anything we needed, they went above and beyond to help with. We paid for the hotel airport shuttle and the gentleman who drove us was also one of the hosts at the front desk. When we requested a suggestion for a good place to get rameyun he drove us there himself, facilitated us getting exactly what we wanted from the restaurant, WAITED for us while we ate, and then gave us a mini tour of the haneyo market before driving us to the airport. I wish I could remember his name, but special shout out to him and to Bomi at the front desk who helped us navigate the public transportation, ordered taxis for us as needed, and set us up with nail appointments at her favorite nail shop. I could go on an on but suffice it to say that when I return, I will be coming back to this hotel!!!!! The food, the location, the access to hiking trails, the pool, the hot tubs...... It was well worth the money!
